Carrier Information
FamilyStories.Store uses UPS as our shipping provider for products other than software downloads.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the order.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking                                                Customers will be provided a tracking number and information on how to track the order once the label has been printed and package delivered to the UPS store. All orders are processed and shipped by the next business day - Monday through Friday are the business days and do not include national holidays. An order arriving on Friday will ship on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, then Tuesday will be the shipping day). Any delay due to internal or external reasons will be communicated to the customer via the email provided when the order was placed.
 
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
UPS does not deliver to these types of addresses – all items must be delivered to a physical address.
 
Damaged Items
FamilyStories.Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please feel free to contact FamilyStories.Store if UPS is unresponsive.  We suggest that if the box is damaged upon receipt, you should photograph or film the opening for your records.

International Shipping Policy
FamilyStories.Store does not ship internationally.
